Comment: Lithgow SHLTE 303. Good bore, well defined rifling. Nose cap and fore wood painted yellow. RHS of body socket marked with a within star, Lithgow over SHLTE over III withing shield. 1916. LHS of breech and barrel marked with AC, Mavii and broad arrow. Top of breech marked 2nd M.D. Woodwork in good sound condition. RHS of stock stamped R over MA 8/46. Stencil painted RANDWICK 46 on both sides of stock.
