Comment: Howa 1500 in 223. Has a fluted varmint threaded barrel in a MDT XRS chassis with a 20 MOA rail 2 round SAP holder. I originally bought the rifle second hand to build as a training rifle for my wife and that was over a year ago and it just sat in the safe it wasn’t even sighted in.
