Comment: PRICE REDUCED. Springfield Armory 1888 Round Rod bayonet rifle made between 1890 and 1893. Approx 60,000 made. This was the final design in the Springfield Trapdoor rifles and highly desirable. Excellent condition for its age. The bore is bright and shiny with sharp rifling. It appears that it has not been fired that much and the bore looks mint. All markings and cartouche are present. Please contact for more detailed photos I can send through. Plus Postage.
