Comment: Marlin 39A in very good condition except that something was spilled on the barrel and there is a 5c piece sized patch of pitting on the exterior of the barrel about 4 inches from the muzzle. Apart form that and a few small scratches on the woodwork this gun is in great condition and would be a good shooter or easy restoration project. Comes with Japanese Nikko Stirling 3-9x40 scope with adjustable objective.
